Floor services
Whether it's marble, granite, travertine or limestone, natural stone floors make a dramatic impression in both homes and businesses. In order to keep them looking great professional service is required.  Let us provide a free estimate and demo to help you keep your floors looking their best!

Deep Cleaning

With proper maintenance certain stone floor finishes maintain a good consistent sheen and just need a thorough cleaning and resealing on occasion. Our deep cleaning technology gently removes the surface soil that can dull the sheen as well as the deeper soil that discolors the stone.  Through a combination of gentle cleaning agents, agitation and high pressure rinsing we are able to restore the clean appearance of the stone as well as the grout.

Honing

Through normal usage all stone floors will eventually lose their luster. Regular maintenance will slow the process but the higher the sheen the more frequent professional service will be required.  Whether in a busy home or hotel lobby, maintaining a mirror-like finish can become too burdensome for yourself or the budget.  In these situations honing a highly polished floor to a satin finish will reduce the need for  professional service and increase slip resistance for added safety.

Polishing
If you have a high sheen finish on your stone floor this will become dull over time.  Restoring that sheen is a very labor intensive process but the results are amazing. After a thorough deep cleaning we use a series of diamond grit pads to return the floor to meet or exceed the original factory finish. Once restored regular professional service will keep your floors shining at a reduced overall annual cost.

Sealing
Whether cleaning, honing or polishing the final step to provide lasting protection is to apply a sealer that will allow you or your staff to address spills before they cause severe damage. Although no sealer defies gravity the products we use will keep most spills on the surface long enough to allow for complete removal if quick action is taken.
